When you come to Findlay it’s not just an oil change. We don’t just drop the drain plug, change your oil filter and put in new oil.

When our techs first pull the vehicles into the service bay. They check your horn, windshield wipers, washer fluid, hazard warning lights/ turn signals, and brake lights.

When they pull the vehicle onto the service rack they check the fluids from coolant, brake reservoir, look for cracks in your belt, check your cabin air filter and also the engine air filter. They look at your battery for any corrosion and the health of your battery.

After your vehicle is in the air they look at your brake pads and check for any irregularity in tire wear. It’s also when they take time to check your tire pressure and rotate your tires if needed. They also look at your tire tread depth to make sure your tires won’t slide in the rain or snow.

While they wait for the oil to finish draining they do a multi check on the undercarriage of your vehicle to see if your shocks are in good condition. They look for any fluid leaks from the engine or the engine compartment. Like oil leakage, fuel line leakage, CV boot health and driveshaft condition.

After they secure your drain plug and put new oil in your vehicle it’s time to label the service sticker and send it to the car wash if the weather is in good condition.

So you are getting more than just an oil change. You know that we looked over your entire vehicle every 5k with our certified technicians.
