Sponsorships/Community Support

Overview

Thank you for considering Findlay Toyota Flagstaff as a potential sponsorship partner. We recognize the important role our company plays as a member of the Flagstaff community and we aim to support people, activities, and organizations that benefit our community.

What is sponsorship? Our view of sponsorship is support for an individual, team, organization, program, or event in return for the right to use that asset to promote Findlay Toyota's brand/image, products, and/or services. Therefore, we will evaluate sponsorship proposals based on their fit with the Toyota Brand.

Sponsorship Guidelines

To consider your sponsorship, please include the following details in your event proposal for Toyota. All items listed below are required for Toyota proposal review, approval, and participation in your event. We appreciate your help in providing these documents with the initial proposal. We look forward to working with you!

Community Involvement

Event proposal or contract that includes all of the following information: Event Date, Location, Details. (The who, what, when, where, and why)



  1. Event Cost
  2. Overview or scope of the event, i.e.:
    •  Estimated attendance
    •  Sponsor levels with inclusion and costs
    •  Media promoting the event with an estimated value of that media
    •  Media & signage that the dealership will receive or be included in as a sponsor
    •  Confirmation of Automotive Exclusivity (required for participation)
    •  Opportunity for dealership staff be on-site at vehicle displays the date of the event
    •  The number of display vehicles that the dealership can have on-site on the day of the event
    •  The agreement must be signed by both parties
    •  All events must be local to the Flagstaff Primary Marketing Area (PMA) and not conflict with other PMA’s.

Who is not eligible?

Toyota will not consider proposals that are outside of the dealers Primary Marketing Area or that:

  • Present a hazard to the community and/or the environment
  •  Are sponsored by a Toyota competitor
  • Offend or discriminate against minority community groups


Submission
