Findlay Toyota Flagstaff would like to reassure you that our top priority is to protect your health and safety while we continue to service your needs. Towards that objective we have taken the following actions:
- We have increased our housekeeping and sanitation processes to ensure that high use surfaces are sanitized throughout the day using CDC approved sanitation methods. This includes door handles, countertops, desktops, restroom facilities, the refreshment center and customer lounge (among others). In addition, our housekeeping vendor has increased our overnight cleaning practices using hospital-grade cleaners and disinfectants.
- We have eliminated any snacks in our customer lounge that are not individually wrapped.
- We have placed hand sanitizers at locations throughout the dealership for employee and customer use.
- We have instructed all staff members to wash their hands frequently and utilize recommended social distancing practices.
- We have established a policy to keep team members at home if they are feeling ill, and are following protocols established by the CDC to keep employees healthy while in the workplace.
- We are closely monitoring business advisories from the CDC, as well as Federal, State, County and City health agencies for updated information and recommendations.
Our goal is to remain available to service your needs while staying vigilant to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. Should any conditions arise that make it unsafe to remain open we will take immediate action and notify you accordingly.
