Clayton Stephenson was a huge help to me yesterday, along with another young man at the service area. Apologies that I cannot recall his name. The 2021 RAV4 Hybrid I bought from the dealership just had its final free maintenance and service check a couple of weeks ago. A few days ago, I realized that I had forgotten how to access the cruise control feature. I used it that last time almost a year ago. I hoped that someone in the service area would be kind about showing me how to access for upcoming travel on interstates. Clayton said 'no problem' and sat in the passenger side while showing me what to do. I absolutely love my Hybrid but it does have so many bells and whistles to sort out just on the steering wheel! Of course, I could have watched a YouTube video but those are now 20-30 minutes long, showing the entire dashboard and steering wheel items. Much more than I want to know. Both young men were very kind to me. I had no appointment. Well done on your service staff, Findlay Toyota!

My first visit to Findlay in Flagstaff. My 7 year old Lexus SUV needed a routine oil change. A prompt friendly greeting after driving in. I was told the wait would be an hour and half. That is exactly what it was. I chose to wait in Findlay’s comfortable waiting area. I will return when service is needed again. Thank you for the fine service.

I travel a lot, countrywide, with a 2014 Tacoma carrying a pop-up camper (at 1,000 lb., dry). When possible, we are deep in our beautiful national forests on challenging "roads," miles from pavement. So having the Taco working well is vital. This year, I went out of my way to head back to Findlay for an oil change, tire rotation, and that multi-point check—coupled with Findlay's incredible service. This time around Wes Parker helped be with his incredible knowledge, ability to explain all my questions, and pointers. Next year, I will plan to stop by Flag, once gain. Thank you, Findlay.

This dealership has been the best I've ever dealt with! The sales rep Ricky Descheenie was beyond the best sales guy I've ever had! I also drive a Rolls-Royce Wraith and even when purchasing that vehicle their service was good but nowhere near this guy! I purchased a 2022 Toyota Tundra 1794 from him, and he made it the best transaction ever. From salesman to finance to sales manager, I just am shocked how great these guys were! I am out of California and purchased this all the way up there. You guys definitely earned my business and Ricky Thank you! I wish all my experiences were this good.

I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry last week from Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff. I live in the Phoenix Metro, called Findlay and spoke with car salesman Wyatt. I drove up on a Monday with a friend who lived in Flag, expecting to drive back to Phoenix in my Camry. The Findlay service team found a needed repair, but the part would not arrive until the next day. I needed to get back to Phoenix and Findlay provided me with a loaner vehicle. I was able to return the following day, and while I was waiting for the repair, Wyatt and his finance manager, Will, were able to find a lower rate saving me $50 a month, which I used to get an extended warranty. Excellent service and outstanding flexibility in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase, as well as providing me options in lowering my costs and providing me peace of mind in a feasible, affordable warranty. Great job and I strongly recommend those of us in the Phoenix Metro to make the drive up north to Findlay Toyota to save money!

I recently bought a 2018 highlander in Phoenix. I bought a Toyota maintenance warranty for major things going out that could be used at any Toyota dealership. I had one of my speakers blow so I took it into Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff for a diagnostic and an oil change Thursday. The customer service was amazing and it was fast - I was out an hour before they estimated. They had to order my speaker but have me scheduled to install it on Tuesday. Again Great customer service!!! Highly recommend!

Service department (Randy) took my truck in for an issue with the door handle not operating correctly with the touch feature to lock and unlock. He was straight forward and honest with the process and called me before running diagnostics (a $99.95 fee) to let me know before they were going to charge me. I ended up declining the service and fixing the issue (my own doing with a trailer brake controller install) but I can’t say I’ve ever had a dealership be so helpful. Everyone I have personally worked with here has been helpful and as long as you ask the right questions you can’t go wrong with these people. I would recommend anyone here who needs sales or service. Glad my local dealer is a good one.
