My family and I have a mini-fleet of Toyotas that we are really happy with, from a small fuel efficient Yaris to a full size Tundra that pulls better than my old Ford F- 350.  We are so happy with them.  Toyota's never seem to break and that makes my life a whole lot easier as I don't ever get those calls from the wife or kids that they are stranded somewhere with a broken car.  All of our Toyotas are super comfortable, reliable and we are planning on having them for a long time.  We bought our entire mini-fleet from Findlay Toyota, formerly Bob Sellars Toyota.  We have always had pleasant interactions with them, both their sales force and their service department.  In fact, before we switched all the cars to Toyotas we were taking our Chevy's and Fords to Findlay for service.  We were more comfortable with them working on our American Cars than with the other local dealers in town.  On the sales side our favorite sales person is Sheila Duffy - aka the Car Lady.  She is pleasant, friendly and never plays the games that give so many car salespeople a bad reputation.  She is always straightforward with us and gets us good deals.  Without hesitation, I would recommend Findlay Toyota and Sheila to anyone seeking a very pleasant car buying experience and a good deal, too!

Our family is a Toyota family...2 Prius and a 12 yr old RAV4.  All cars are serviced by Findlay Toyota Flagstaff. Some points to be made here about the cars: first, both Prius run like perfection. Secondly, both have about 47mpg which makes it kinda' fun when you can't remember where or when you last tanked up. Thirdly, there is a world of leg room front and back as well as a cavernous trunk.

Even the RAV4 gets 34 mpg and it is 11 yrs old.  Despite the age, it has only needed, besides regular maintenance, a new battery.  

I really appreciate these cars and because I do, I bring all three to Findlay Flagstaff for servicing which is the second major consideration – SERVICE!  While both service counselors are very good, I always go to Ms. Leslie Lindquist who treats my cars as her own.  She works diligently to get me in for service as soon as she can.  I've never been inconvenienced in the slightest.  She patiently explains what was done and what was found.  She is one of the people who make Findlay Toyota a pleasant place.  To me, the Flagstaff Toyota dealership is not Findlay's but instead Leslie’s. Finally, they wash the car for you and offer a shuttle van which makes it possible for life to go on.

While I'm talking about outstanding people in Findlay or which I'm sure there are many, I will only deal with Ms. Sheila Duffy when it comes to buying a new car.  She's straightforward and really tries to bring the best price home to me. There are only two places in Flagstaff that I would trust with my cars.  Findlay's is the first.

One other thing, once and only once I took my Prius into a well-known Toyota Dealership with really ritzy showrooms and stuff - you know the kind.  Had regular maintenance done and knew (from past experience with Findlay's) what the price should have been.  It was almost double!!  On looking at the bill, I saw the same service has been done as at Findley but also could see how they could afford all the fancy showrooms and car lots which don't help me or help my cars run better.  Would recommend Sheila and Findlay Toyota any day.
